Costs To Your Parish

  1. Missionary’s Travel Expenses: Airfare or Train fare.
  2. Missionary’s Room & Board (usually Rectory)
  3. Professional Pianist: Your foundation pays your accompanist for one hour of rehearsal with Fr. DiLuzio prior to Night 1 & then for 3 evenings or sessions at your accompanist’s required fee.
  4. Advertising Costs: A flyer inserted into your bulletin one to two weeks prior to the mission weekend; ongoing bulletin advertising beginning 7 weeks prior to the mission dates, posters for your church and neighboring churches. Parish Mission Teams usually enjoy creating these. However, upon request, I can provide copy-ready proofs of brochures and flyers in black and white or color with your dates and times.

Costs to Participants

Costs to Participants: A free-will offering or suggested donation among participants to total a minimum of $3,000 payable to Paulist Fathers. Parish agrees to supplement the offerings if there is a shortfall. Parishes may choose not to have the offering and pay the Paulists a fixed stipend of $3,000 or more as your budget allows. Schools may offer additional amounts for Luke Live! assemblies or class room visits as their budget allows.
